Job summary

ForestSource is seeking an Installation Tech to install luxury storage systems for residential and commercial spaces using hand and power tools, measuring precisely, and delivering exceptional customer service.

The role offers a 4-day work week with a pay range of $25-$30 per hour. Company tools and PPE are provided, along with health insurance, PTO, and a 401(k) with company match. You will read CAD drawings/blueprints to install systems and may drive to job sites in a company vehicle.

Qualifications

• Must have valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with common hand and power tools.
• Trade or vocational school experience desirable.
• Cabinetry or carpentry skills desirable.
• Strong verbal and written communication and listening skills.
• Able to walk, lift 50 pounds, reach, stoop, stand, grasp, balance, climb stairs, kneel, and crouch.

Responsibilities

• Perform skilled and semi-skilled carpentry work to install custom storage systems such as closets, cabinets, offices, and other spaces in the home or commercial buildings.
• Utilize company-provided CAD drawings/blueprints to install systems properly and efficiently.
• Assemble and install systems of varying complexity.
• Assist in the removal and installation of materials in customer homes.
• Maintain shop tools and equipment in safe working order (tools are provided).
• Install systems independently or with team members depending on the size of the job.
• Provide a high level of customer service for in-home installations.
• Maintain safety standards at all times.
• Responsible for driving to and from customer sites and operating a company-provided vehicle in a safe manner.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the supervisor.

The Installation Tech installs custom designed residential and commercial storage systems and accessories using a variety of luxury materials. A successful candidate will have experience with hand and power tools, measurements and the ability to provide exceptional customer service to our client.

The pay range for this opportunity is $25-$30/hr
