Job summary

California Closets CCO is seeking an Installation Tech to install custom storage systems in homes and businesses, using luxury materials and CAD drawings. You will perform skilled carpentry, measure accurately, and deliver exceptional customer service during in-home installations.

The position runs Monday–Friday, 6:30 am start, 8–9 hours daily, with occasional overnight stays. Pay ranges from $25 to $27 per hour, with benefits including health insurance, 401(k) and PTO.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with common hand and power tools.
• Cabinetry or carpentry skills desirable.
• Strong verbal and written communication and listening skills.
• Able to lift 50 pounds and perform physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Install custom storage systems in homes or commercial buildings.
• Use CAD drawings/blueprints to install systems.
• Assemble and install systems of varying complexity.
• Assist in removal and installation of materials at client sites.
• Maintain shop tools in safe working order; tools provided.
• Drive to/from customer sites in company vehicles.
• Provide high level customer service during in-home installations.

Job Description

The Installation Tech installs custom designed residential and commercial storage systems and accessories using a variety of luxury materials. A successful candidate will have experience with hand and power tools, measurements and the ability to provide exceptional customer service to our client.

***The pay range for this opportunity is $25-$27/hr***

***This is a Monday-Friday opportunity working 8-9 hours a day starting at 6:30a***

***Occasional overnights are required***

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Perform skilled and semi-skilled carpentry work to install custom storage systems such as closets, cabinets, offices, and other spaces in the home or commercial buildings.
• Utilize company-provided CAD drawings\blueprints to install systems properly and efficiently.
• Assemble and install systems of varying complexity.
• Assists in the removal and installation of materials in customer homes.
• Maintain shop tools and equipment in safe working order(tools are provided).
• Install systems independently or with team members depending on the size of the job.
• Provide a high level of customer service for in-home installations.
• Maintain safety standards at all time.
• Responsible for driving to and from customer sites and operating a company-provided vehicles in a safe manner.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications
