Qualifications

• Prior experience with shades, shutters, or motorized window treatments specifically.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Able to pass a drug test and background check.
• Non-smoker, including vaping.
• Comfortable working at heights and climbing ladders.
• Able to be on your feet for 8 to 10 hours a day.
• 1+ years of installation, construction, or related hands-on trade experience.
• Basic understanding of residential construction and mounting surfaces.
• Comfortable with job documentation and basic technology tools.

Responsibilities

• Gets it right the first time with minimal supervision and sound judgment on routine problems.
• Treats every home like it is the only job that day and takes pride in clean, precise work.
• Keeps homeowners, job site managers, and the team informed before they have to ask.
• Willing to mentor newer installers and adjust between solo and multi-person crew jobs.
• Comfortable with the polo-and-khakis standard and keeping a polished look for high-end residential clients.
