Position Purpose

The Install Service Technician is responsible for delivering, installing, servicing, and repairing a wide variety of building materials and products at customer locations. This includes windows, doors, siding, insulation, cabinetry, or similar items sold by the company. The technician ensures installations meet company standards, manufacturer specifications, and customer expectations.

Education, Qualifications, Licensing Requirements

Working Conditions

Work is performed indoors and outdoors, including in extreme temperatures or inclement weather. Frequent exposure to loud noises, dust, construction debris, and uneven surfaces. Travel to customer locations daily; occasional overnight travel may be required.

Physical requirements

Must be able to lift and carry 50-100 pounds frequently. Regularly required to stand, walk, climb ladders, kneel, crouch, and use hands/tools. Ability to work in confined spaces or at heights as needed. Visual acuity and manual dexterity required for precision work and safety compliance.
