Qualifications

Prior experience with shades, shutters, or motorized window treatments specifically.
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Able to pass a drug test and background check.
Non-smoker, including vaping.
Comfortable working at heights and climbing ladders.
Able to be on your feet for 8 to 10 hours a day.
1+ years of installation, construction, or related hands-on trade experience.
Basic understanding of residential construction and mounting surfaces.
Comfortable with job documentation and basic technology tools.

Responsibilities

Gets it right the first time with minimal supervision and sound judgment on routine problems.
Treats every home like it is the only job that day and takes pride in clean, precise work.
Keeps homeowners, job site managers, and the team informed before they have to ask.
Willing to mentor newer installers and adjust between solo and multi-person crew jobs.
Comfortable with the polo-and-khakis standard and keeping a polished look for high-end residential clients.
