Job summary

One Southern Indiana is seeking an installer to professionally install a range of window treatments, including motorized solutions, in customers' homes. You will troubleshoot issues, collect balances due, and demonstrate operation while ensuring the space is left clean and secure.

The role requires strong customer service skills, reliability, and the ability to handle physical installation work, including lifting and ladder use. Training is provided and growth opportunities exist.

The Role

As the last person the customer sees, you will be responsible for professionally installing various hard and soft window treatments, including motorized/automated solutions. This role requires you to be a troubleshooter, adjusting the installation and finding a solution when necessary. You should have a customer service orientation and excellent communication skills. We’ll ask you to collect balances due, instruct the customer on how to operate and clean their new window treatments, make simple repairs, and always leave home better and cleaner than you found it.

What You'll Do

• Install custom blinds, shades, shutters, draperies, and motorized window treatments.
• Troubleshoot installation challenges and perform basic repairs.
• Provide friendly, professional customer service and demonstrate product operation.
• Take measurements and complete installation paperwork.
• Load, unload, and maintain the installation van.
• Assist with warehouse organization and neighborhood marketing materials.
