Job summary

NuCO2 is hiring an Installation Technician to manage on-site installation, repair, maintenance, and testing for CO2 systems at customer locations along an established route.

The role requires a CDL preferred and a valid US driver’s license, the ability to lift up to 55 pounds, and the capability to operate a handheld device for routing information. On-site work with benefits after 30 days included.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid US driver's license with at least 24 months of experience driving.
• Must be able to read, write, and speak English.
• Ability to perform loading, unloading, and operation of CO2 equipment with safety.

Responsibilities

• Perform installation, repair, maintenance, and equipment testing for beverage gas systems.
• Maintain assigned service vehicle and inventory of tools and parts.
• Use handheld device for routing information and communication with depot management.
• Safely load, transport, and unload equipment.

*The schedule for this role is Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.*

NuCO2 is the largest national provider of beverage grade liquid CO2 to the food service and hospitality industry.

We have an immediate need for an Installation Technician who is responsible for managing on-site installation, repair, maintenance, and equipment testing for CO2 hi-pressure cylinders, and other products to customers on an established route.

Installation Technician Responsibilities:

• Perform installation, repair, maintenance, and equipment testing for beverage gas systems
• Maintain assigned service vehicle, tool inventory, parts inventory, and general upkeep of vehicle
• Use handheld device for routing information, customer delivery information, and communication with assigned location management (depot)
• Responsible for the safe and accurate loading, transporting, and unloading of equipment

Installation Technician Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1 year experience as a technician or similar role
• CDL preferred, minimum valid US Driver’s license for at least 24 months
• Must be able to lift up to 55 pounds and frequently maneuver 56-175 pounds
• Must be able to pull and retract a fill hose (up to 100 feet)
• Must be able to read, write and speak English
• Will be required to pass a pre-employment background check, physical and drug screen
• Must have a clean driving record (no accidents or moving violations last 24 months)
