Job summary

NuCO2 is the nation’s leading supplier of beverage-grade CO2 for food service and hospitality. We seek an Installation Technician to manage on-site installation, repair, and testing of CO2 systems on established routes, with on-the-job training and uniforms provided.

The role requires lifting up to 55 lbs, vehicle maintenance, and use of handheld routing devices. CDL and hazmat tanker endorsements are preferred; 1 year of tech experience and a clean driving record are required.

Qualifications

  • 1 year minimum experience as a technician or similar role.
  • Must be able to read, write, and speak English.
  • Must have a clean driving record and pass background, physical, and drug screen.

Responsibilities

  • Install, repair, maintain, and test beverage gas systems on customer sites.
  • Maintain assigned service vehicle, tools, and parts inventory.
  • Use handheld device for routing information and depot communication.
  • Load, transport, and unload equipment safely; lift up to 55 pounds and maneuver 400 pounds.
  • Ensure compliance with safety procedures and company policies.

*The schedule for this role is Wednesday through Saturday, from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM.*

NuCO2 is the largest national provider of beverage grade liquid CO2 to the food service and hospitality industry.

We have an immediate need for an Installation Technician who is responsible for managing on-site installation, repair, maintenance, and equipment testing for CO2 hi-pressure cylinders, and other products to customers on an established route.

  • Perform installation, repair, maintenance, and equipment testing for beverage gas systems
  • Maintain assigned service vehicle, tool inventory, parts inventory, and general upkeep of vehicle
  • Use handheld device for routing information, customer delivery information, and communication with assigned location management (depot)
  • Responsible for the safe and accurate loading, transporting, and unloading of equipment
  • Minimum of 1 year experience as a technician or similar role
  • CDL preferred, minimum valid US Driver’s license for at least 24 months, tanker with hazmat endorsement
  • Must be able to lift up to 55 pounds and frequently maneuver 400 pounds
  • Must be able to pull and retract a fill hose (up to 100 feet)
  • Must be able to read, write and speak English
  • Will be required to pass a pre-employment background check, physical and drug screen
  • Must have a clean driving record (no accidents or moving violations last 24 months)
