Job summary

Pella Mid-Atlantic, based in Maryland, is seeking a Field Supervisor to oversee the Installation and Order Verification Program and lead sub-contraction installation teams. The role focuses on ensuring installation quality, safety, and customer satisfaction throughout homes, projects, and buildings.

The ideal candidate has 5–10 years of supervisory experience, strong problem-solving skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 5-10 years related experience including supervision of a team.
• Able to develop a high level understanding of all Pella products and their applications.
• Problem solving abilities to resolve urgent service situations.
• Demonstrates open communication and professionalism at all times.
• Works collaboratively and builds trust with internal teams and customers.
• Flexible about hours and responsive to customer needs.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and able to learn internal software.

Responsibilities

• Work with sub-contracted installers, field installation specialists, replacement sales consultants, and sales managers to assure a positive customer experience.
• Manage installation and order verification capacity to meet customer demand.
• Coordinate with Retail PC team for cost- and time-effective scheduling of installation teams.
• Maintain job-site evaluation process and resolve discrepancies with homeowners as needed.
• Maintain insurance and licensing documentation for all sub-contracted installers.
• Oversee payout system for installations including back charges.
• Track installation performance and review with installers.
• Assist the installation team in identifying recovery plans for issues.
• Mediate customer installation concerns and determine recovery actions on-site.
• Communicate effectively with customers and internal teams to reduce confusion and resolve disagreements.
