Job summary

Convergint is seeking a full-time Installation Supervisor to lead the installation team on fire, security, and building automation projects. You will oversee programming, startup, certification, and customer training to ensure successful project outcomes.

You should have strong construction skills, blueprint and schematic reading ability, and basic technical programming knowledge. Commitment to quality and customer satisfaction is essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 5–7 years relevant supervisory experience.
• Experience with electrical/low voltage work preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics.

Responsibilities

• Supervise installation team and oversee the full install process.
• Program, start-up, check-out, certify, and train customers on Fire/Security/Building Automation projects.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
• Maximize customer satisfaction through quality workmanship and clear communication.
