Job summary

Convergint seeks an Electrical Installer to join our team in delivering world-class service on fire, security and building automation projects. You will install, program, start-up, certify systems and train customers, following wiring diagrams and plans with basic math and tool use.

The role emphasizes teamwork, safety, timely delivery, and adherence to project budgets. A High School diploma and some electrical experience are preferred; benefits and growth opportunities are included.

Qualifications

• Basic understanding of blueprints, wiring diagrams and labeling methods.
• Solid math skills for area, velocity, resistance, voltage calculations.

Responsibilities

• Install, program, start-up and certify Fire, Security, and Building Automation systems.
• Provide customer training and ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Work with a team to follow blueprints and design drawings and use hand/power tools as required.
