KONE Richmond, VA is seeking an Installation Supervisor to lead on-site installation activities, coordinating subcontractors and ensuring safety and efficiency on construction sites in the Richmond area.

Ideal candidates will have 2+ years of construction supervision experience and strong knowledge of building codes and systems, with a focus on team development and performance tracking.

The compensation package offered will depend on candidate’s ability to meet the requirements of the role, needs for the business strategy, and a range of factors unique to each candidate, including their skill set, years and depth of experience, certifications, and location.* KONE Annual Bonus plan at 15% Target Incentive based on achievement of company goals and individual goals.
