Job summary

KONE Houston, TX is seeking an Installation Manager to lead local installation operations. You will guide construction sites, manage resources, schedule work, and ensure site readiness across multiple projects with subcontractors.

You bring 5+ years of construction leadership, supervisory experience (preferably with union workers), and a related degree or equivalent experience. You will collaborate with general contractors and internal teams to deliver safe, high-quality installations.

• Bachelor's or Associate degree in a related field, or 8+ years of experience in lieu of degree.

As our Installation Manager , you will bring an understanding of code requirements and building systems knowledge to guide your team on the construction sites. Your familiarity in working with general contractors and effectively managing resources will lead to further success for yourself and the team. You will also be responsible for other Installation Supervisors/Superintendents with their own teams and making sure that site readiness is followed through for the various projects under your scope.

You will bring 5+ years of relevant construction expertise as well as supervisory experience ideally leading a union represented workforce to our KONE family and an appetite for learning an exciting and new field. You will use the knowledge gained when obtaining your bachelor's or associate degree in a related field or 8+ years of experience in lieu of degree.

The hiring range for this role is $179,200 - $235,200. The compensation package offered will depend on candidate's ability to meet the requirements of the role, needs for the business strategy, and a range of factors unique to each candidate, including their skill set, years and depth of experience, certifications, and location.

Variable Compensation

KONE Annual Bonus plan at 20% Target Incentive (60/40) based on achievement of company goals and individual goals.
