Job summary

KONE Houston is seeking an Installation Manager to oversee local installation operations across Houston and additional Texas cities. You will lead installation teams on construction sites, coordinate with subcontractors and general contractors, and ensure safety, schedule adherence, and successful project delivery.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in construction supervision, a related degree (or 8+ years experience in lieu), and a strong ability to mentor teams while embracing new technologies

Qualifications

• 5+ years of construction supervisory experience, preferably leading a union workforce.
• Experience coordinating multiple subcontractors on active construction sites.
• Ability to implement and monitor safety guidelines across teams.

Responsibilities

• Guide and supervise installation teams on construction sites and ensure site readiness for projects.
• Manage resources and coordinate with general contractors to meet schedules.

As our Installation Manager, you will bring an understanding of code requirements and building systems knowledge to guide your team on the construction sites. Your familiarity in working with general contractors and effectively managing resources will lead to further success for yourself and the team. You will also be responsible for other Installation Supervisors/Superintendents with their own teams and making sure that site readiness is followed through for the various projects under your scope.

You will bring 5+ years of relevant construction expertise as well as supervisory experience ideally leading a union represented workforce to our KONE family and an appetite for learning an exciting and new field. You will use the knowledge gained when obtaining your bachelor's or associate degree in a related field or 8+ years of experience in lieu of degree.

The hiring range for this role is $179,200 – $235,200. The compensation package offered will depend on candidate's ability to meet the requirements of the role, needs for the business strategy, and a range of factors unique to each candidate, including their skill set, years and depth of experience, certifications, and location.

Variable Compensation

KONE Annual Bonus plan at 20% Target Incentive (60/40) based on achievement of company goals and individual goals.
