Job summary

The Senior Field Lead will oversee installation technicians, ensure engineering intent, and drive on-site execution with a strong emphasis on safety and client relations.

Must have 8–10 years of AV installation experience and at least 3 years of supervisory responsibility. Travel to client sites is required; a range of advanced certifications is highly valued.

Qualifications

• 8-10 years AV installation experience.
• 3 years supervisory experience in AV field.
• Expert technical knowledge in AV systems.
• Strong communication and decision-making skills.
• Bachelor’s degree and advanced networking/media certifications are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate Installation Technicians Levels 1-4.
• Lead advanced installation and integration activities.
• Protect engineering intent and fabrication alignment.
• Coordinate project execution, schedules, and field reporting.
• Serve as senior client-facing representative on site.
• Enforce safety and compliance standards.
• Mentor technicians and drive workmanship standards.

Job Summary

Senior field leadership role responsible for technical accuracy, day-to-day supervision, coordination, and performance of installation technicians and on-site execution activities.

Education and Certifications

• AVIXA CTS required.

Decision Making Authority

Primary on-site execution leader responsible for task assignment, work sequencing, issue resolution, safety enforcement, and technician direction.

Physical Working Environment

• Ability to lift and carry equipment up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to climb ladders, work at heights, and access confined spaces.
• Extended standing, bending, and technical work.
• Construction environments, active client facilities, and live production spaces.
• Travel required
