The role emphasizes coordination, client-facing leadership, and maintaining engineering intent while enforcing safety standards across multi-site deployments. A strong background in AV installation and team mentorship is essential.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or technical training required.
• AVIXA CTS certification required.
• CTS-I or CTS-D certification required.
• OSHA 30 certification required.
• Dante Level 2 or 3 preferred.
• CCNA certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead advanced installation and integration activities.
• Protect engineering intent and fabrication alignment.
• Coordinate project execution, schedules, and field reporting.

Job Summary

Senior field leadership role responsible for technical accuracy, day-to-day supervision, coordination, and performance of installation technicians and on-site execution activities.

Primary Duties And Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate Installation Technicians Levels 1–4
• Lead advanced installation and integration activities

Education and Certifications

• Associate degree or technical training required.
• AVIXA CTS required.
• CTS-I or CTS-D required.
• OSHA 30 required.
• Dante Level 2 or 3 preferred.
• CCNA preferred.

Competencies, Skills and Experiences

• 8–10 years AV installation experience
• 3 years supervisory experience in AV field
• Expert technical knowledge
• Strong communication and decision-making skills

• Bachelor’s degree
• Advanced networking/media certifications

Decision Making Authority

Primary on-site execution leader responsible for task assignment, work sequencing, issue resolution, safety enforcement, and technician direction.

Physical Working Environment

• Ability to lift and carry equipment up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to climb ladders, work at heights, and access confined spaces.
• Extended standing, bending, and technical work.
• Construction environments, active client facilities, and live production spaces.
• Travel required
