Job summary

Diversified is seeking a Senior Field Leadership professional to oversee on-site installation activities and ensure technical accuracy for complex AV projects. You will supervise technicians, lead integration efforts, and maintain alignment with engineering intent at client facilities.

The role requires strong leadership, extensive AV installation experience, and a track record of safety compliance. Travel to live production spaces is expected.

Qualifications

• 8-10 years AV installation experience.
• 3 years supervisory experience in AV field.
• Expert technical knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate Installation Technicians Levels 1-4.

Job Summary

• Lead advanced installation and integration activities
• Protect engineering intent and fabrication alignment
• Coordinate project execution, schedules, and field reporting
• Serve as senior client-facing representative on site
• Enforce safety and compliance standards
• Mentor technicians and drive workmanship standards

Education and Certifications

• Associate degree or technical training required.
• AVIXA CTS required.
• CTS‑I or CTS‑D required.
• OSHA 30 required.
• Dante Level 2 or 3 preferred.
• CCNA preferred.

Decision Making Authority

Primary on-site execution leader responsible for task assignment, work sequencing, issue resolution, safety enforcement, and technician direction.

Physical Working Environment

• Ability to lift and carry equipment up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to climb ladders, work at heights, and access confined spaces.
• Extended standing, bending, and technical work.
• Construction environments, active client facilities, and live production spaces.
• Travel required
