Job summary

TruTeam is seeking an installer to handle all aspects of installing insulation and building products per work orders, with attention to safety and quality guidelines.

You will review daily schedules, load trucks, perform site and vehicle inspections, and safely unload material. The position involves local travel to job sites and requires lifting and physical effort as part of daily duties.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 21 years of age.
• If operating a vehicle for company purposes, a valid driver's license is required.

• Complete vehicle safety and job site inspections.
• Safely unload and stage material at the job site.
• Report safety, customer or quality concerns.
• Perform warehouse‑related duties as required.

This role requires prolonged standing and repetitive motions, including bending, stooping, pushing, and pulling. Role also requires good hand‑eye coordination, hand dexterity, and physical strength. The position involves lifting up to 50 pounds, depending on the specific job duties.

Compensation Range: $13.00 - $30.00. To comply with Pay Transparency laws, employers must disclose an annual salary range. Actual offers depend on factors such as location, experience, skills and market data. This position may also offer variable compensation.
