JOIN THE TEAM THAT IS REDEFINING ARCHITECTURAL INNOVATION

Eventscape is seeking a proactive Installation (Construction) Site Foreman to lead our projects during the crucial final stage—installation.

In this role, you will oversee construction laborers and trades, and be hands-on when required. The position involves frequent domestic and international travel, so candidates must be able to travel freely and maintain all necessary documentation.

This position is remote, working on job sites across the US, reporting to our New York office.

ABOUT THE ROLE

As the Installation Site Foreman, your responsibilities will include:

  • Installing interior and exterior prefabricated products accurately.
  • Traveling globally for installations, often on short notice.
  • Supervising construction staff, contractors, suppliers, and trades to ensure timely completion while maintaining safety standards.
  • Addressing challenges through effective communication and collaboration.
  • Conducting site visits, surveys, evaluating methods, and performing inspections to ensure quality.
  • Serving as a client liaison, providing excellent service and ensuring project vision is realized.
  • Supporting fabrication teams when not on site.
  • Interpreting engineering drawings and ensuring compliance with standards and regulations.
  • Maintaining unrestricted travel status for frequent domestic and international trips.
ABOUT YOU

We are looking for someone with:

  • 5+ years of site management experience in demanding construction environments.
  • Proven ability to supervise union and non-union subcontractors.
  • Proficiency with construction tracking software.
  • Strong knowledge of building codes and safety regulations.
  • Familiarity with construction tools and equipment.
  • Ability to interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
  • A relevant degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • Excellent problem-solving and strategic planning skills.
  • A valid driver's license and clean driving record.
  • Experience in client-facing roles and a passion for service.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Hands-on fabrication experience.
  • Willingness for frequent domestic and international travel.
