JOIN THE TEAM THAT IS REDEFINING ARCHITECTURAL INNOVATION

Eventscape is seeking a proactive Installation (Construction) Site Foreman to lead our projects during the final stage—installation. In this role, you will oversee construction laborers and trades, and be hands-on when required.

This position requires frequent travel, both domestically and internationally. Candidates must be able to travel without restrictions and maintain all necessary travel documentation.

  • This is a remote position, working on job sites across the US, reporting to our New York office.

ABOUT THE ROLE

  • Install interior and exterior prefabricated products accurately and precisely.
  • Travel globally for installations, sometimes on short notice.
  • Supervise construction staff, contractors, suppliers, and trades to ensure on-time completion while maintaining safety standards.
  • Address challenges through effective communication and collaboration.
  • Conduct site visits, evaluate fabrication and installation methods, and perform inspections to uphold quality standards.
  • Serve as a liaison with clients, providing exceptional service and ensuring their vision is realized.
  • Support in-house fabrication teams when not on site, offering valuable installation insights.
  • Interpret engineering drawings and specifications, assessing project requirements, and ensuring compliance.
  • Maintain no-restriction travel status for frequent local and international travel.

ABOUT YOU

  • 5+ years of site management experience in demanding construction environments.
  • Proven ability to supervise union and non-union subcontractors.
  • Proficiency with construction tracking software.
  • Strong understanding of building codes and safety regulations.
  • Familiarity with construction tools and equipment.
  • Ability to interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
  • A relevant degree (e.g., Construction Management, Civil Engineering) or equivalent experience.
  • Exceptional problem-solving and strategic planning skills.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean record.
  • Experience in client-facing roles and delivering exceptional service.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Willingness to travel frequently, domestically and internationally.
