Esler Companies – Renewal by Andersen is seeking an Installation Coordinator to work with our Operations team. You will schedule installations, maintain clear customer communications, and ensure progress updates while coordinating with install teams.

The role emphasizes exceptional customer service, scheduling accuracy, and documentation. A high school diploma is required, with a college degree preferred, and a technology-friendly environment is assumed.

Responsibilities

• Follow up on Jobs in Progress (JIPS) & IGBs to ensure proper scheduling.
• Maintain installation scheduling of installation managers and create service folders with documentation.
• Takes inbound and outbound scheduling calls.
• Prepares customer correspondence such as paid invoices or rebates.
• Provides back up and support to other operations team members as needed.
• Maintain continuous communications with customers to address questions and concerns.
• Possibly prepares contract amendments as necessary.
• Other duties as assigned.
