Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in home improvement or closely related field.
• Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Knowledge of applicable building codes and construction techniques.

Responsibilities

• Accurately measure dimensions and determine installation processes for windows and doors.
• Provide installation solutions that match customer expectations and adapt specifications accordingly.
• Confirm details in the sales contract to align with product features and installation.
• Communicate with sales reps to resolve questions quickly.
• Determine installation labor duration and materials needed to complete the job.
• Submit complete, correct job files for smooth handoff to internal teams.
• Coordinate with Installation crew and provide advance notice of site specifics.
• Approve any additional installation labor required to finish the job.
• Troubleshoot issues with the installation crew on installation day; provide onsite support.
• Work with Homeowners to resolve installation process issues.
• Support pre-sale site visits to define scope and pricing in contracts.
