A leading installation company in Maryland seeks a Project Manager to oversee installation projects from development to completion. The role involves managing personnel, ensuring quality control, and coordinating logistics. Candidates should have an AA degree in Electronics, 5+ years of experience, and supervisory skills. The position requires strong business acumen, customer relations skills, and the ability to maintain good working relationships. A valid driver’s license is necessary.

Qualifications

• Must have basic business and financial knowledge and experience.
• Must have customer relations training/experience/skills.
• Field electronic/electrical practical systems experience required.
• Must have experience supervising, coaching and developing staff.
• Good oral/written communication skills are necessary.
• Must have a valid driver’s license insurable through our insurance carrier.

Responsibilities

• Manage installation projects from development through completion.
• Perform supervisory functions to manage assigned personnel effectively.
• Communicate performance expectations to personnel.
• Ensure proper training of personnel assigned.
• Verify and approve timecards and expense reports.
• Handle logistics – manpower, material and travel issues.
