A leading installation company in Maryland seeks a Project Manager to oversee installation projects from development to completion. The role involves managing personnel, ensuring quality control, and coordinating logistics. Candidates should have an AA degree in Electronics, 5+ years of experience, and supervisory skills. The position requires strong business acumen, customer relations skills, and the ability to maintain good working relationships. A valid driver’s license is necessary.
Qualifications
Must have basic business and financial knowledge and experience.
Must have customer relations training/experience/skills.
Field electronic/electrical practical systems experience required.
Must have experience supervising, coaching and developing staff.
Good oral/written communication skills are necessary.
Must have a valid driver’s license insurable through our insurance carrier.
Responsibilities
Manage installation projects from development through completion.
Perform supervisory functions to manage assigned personnel effectively.
Communicate performance expectations to personnel.
Ensure proper training of personnel assigned.
Verify and approve timecards and expense reports.
Handle logistics – manpower, material and travel issues.
