Job summary

Builders FirstSource is seeking an Installation Project Supervisor to manage installation projects, coordinating with clients and field teams to ensure on-time, within-budget delivery. You will visit job sites, set priorities, and communicate improvements to leadership.

Responsibilities include reviewing schedules, optimizing resources, and ensuring quality standards while maintaining strong client relationships and project controls in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of project plans, schedules, and resource coordination.
• Strong communication and leadership capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Plans installation projects, establishing priorities and sequences for installed products.
• Visits job sites before, during, and after installations to ensure quality standards and timely completion.
• Confers with client to ensure customer satisfaction and communicates recommendations to Field Supervisor and Installation Manager.
• Reviews installation orders or schedules to ascertain resources necessary to complete project on time.
• Reviews reports and resolves problems to minimize costs and prevent delays.
• Develops or revises standard operating practices and ensures compliance.
• Compiles, stores, and retrieves production data.
• Other duties as assigned
