Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 2 years of experience or 5 years in a security industry related position.
• PMP certification preferred.
• Demonstrated successful history of Project Management leadership including leading multiple simultaneous projects for a minimum of two years.
• Demonstrated skills in the application of Project Management fundamentals, methodologies, and tools.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities within a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organization skills, time management, and attention to detail.
• Ability to interact with all levels of management.
• Strong verbal and written communications skills, including documentation of findings and recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, monitor and control, and close projects using appropriate principles and techniques.
• Develop planning documents including project plans, scope documents, SOWs, charters, and schedules.
• Identify scope, effort, schedule, funding, staffing, and resource requirements; establish metrics.
• Create sub-plans such as communications, QA, resource, procurement, and deployment plans.
• Manage project risks, issues, changes, reporting, communications, and budgeting.
• Document and prioritize change requests and re-plan as needed.
• Align resource allocation with project needs and performance expectations.
• Ensure QA/QC mechanisms are in place and followed.
• Execute project closeout activities and handover to operations.
• Collaborate with other groups to ensure project success.
• Report on key metrics including customer satisfaction.
• Lead definition, execution, and delivery of project deliverables.
• Identify lessons learned and share across the organization.
• Coach and mentor new team members; support other groups as needed.
