Job summary

Securitas Technology, a leader in integrated security solutions, seeks a Project Manager to lead complex systems integration projects from initiation through close. You will plan, schedule, and manage scope, time, cost, and quality while engaging stakeholders across the organization.

Responsibilities include developing plans, managing risks and changes, and ensuring on-time delivery with customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required with 2 years of experience or 5 years in security industry positions.
• PMP certification preferred.
• Demonstrated history of Project Management leadership including multiple simultaneous projects for at least two years.
• Experience managing large, long-term projects over $1M.
• Strong knowledge of Project Management fundamentals, methodologies, and tools.
• Ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail.
• Ability to interact with all levels of management.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, including documenting findings and recommendations.
• Proven leadership, problem solving and conflict resolution abilities.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team.
• Proficiency in scheduling tools and Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Visio

Responsibilities

• Effectively plan, execute, monitor and control, and close projects using project management best practices.
• Develop project plans, SOWs, charters, schedules, and other planning documents.
• Create sub-plans such as communications, QA, resource, procurement, and deployment plans.
• Manage project risks, issues, changes, reporting, and budgets.
• Prioritize and approve change requests; re-plan as needed.
• Set expectations with resource managers on allocation and performance.
• Ensure QA/QC processes are followed.
• Oversee project closeout and handoff to operations.
• Collaborate with other groups to ensure project success.
• Track and report key metrics including customer satisfaction.
• Lead the definition, execution and delivery of project deliverables.
• Identify opportunities to improve delivery quality and reduce costs.
• Coach and mentor new team members; perform other duties as assigned.
