Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 2 years PM experience or 5 years in security industry.
• PMP certification preferred.
• Proven history leading multiple projects simultaneously for at least two years.
• Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills.
• Ability to interact with all levels of management.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, monitor, and close projects using PM best practices.
• Develop project plans, SOWs, charters, schedules, and resource plans.
• Identify risks, manage changes, and report progress to stakeholders.
• Allocate resources and manage budgets to meet scope and deadlines.
• Collaborate with groups to ensure successful project delivery.
• Coach and mentor new team members as needed.
