Tasks

As a project manager, you will ensure the successful execution of electrical installation projects, from design to realization. You work closely with clients, engineering firms and contractors to devise and implement innovative and sustainable solutions. You report to the project director and are responsible for:

• Coordinating projects from A to Z: from preliminary design to completion
• Consult with customers and stakeholders to provide a clear needs analysis and offer the most appropriate solutions
• Preparation of lighting plans, measurement statements and design drawings, including technical solutions such as controls
• Preparing and justifying quotations to customers
• Planning, purchasing, budgeting and monitoring of projects to completion. You meticulously manage all project administration in our ERP system (Navision)
• Managing internal teams and subcontractors for efficient execution. You have a strong focus on organization and people management and conduct regular site visits
• The financial follow-up of projects: progress reports, invoice control, cost monitoring and return analysis
• Ensuring quality, safety and sustainability within each project

Your profile

• You have strong technical knowledge of electrical installations and preferably experience as a project engineer or site supervisor
• You have a bachelor's or master's degree in electricity
• You are organizationally strong, communicative and have a commercial feel
• You are a team player who motivates people and keeps an overview
