Job summary

Texas Building Supply, a division of USLBM, seeks an Installation Project Coordinator to direct field crew activities and ensure timely delivery of quality products. You will monitor schedules, enforce safety standards, and collaborate with the Project Manager on budgets and issues.

The role requires 4–6 years carpentry, 1–3 years as a foreman, and strong leadership and communication skills to build lasting customer relationships in Texas.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of carpentry experience.
• 1–3 years of foreman experience.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
• Strong planning and scheduling skills.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• Knowledge of OSHA residential construction safety rules.

Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate field crew activities for efficiency and margins.
• Monitor production schedule to ensure timely delivery of quality products.
• Ensure safety and company policy compliance on site.
• Communicate schedules, issues, and budgets to the Project Manager.
• Develop relationships with customers' field personnel to grow business.
• Provide leadership and mentor crews; assist with advanced tasks.
• Ensure tools, equipment and materials are secured and used properly.
• Cover city framing inspections and builder service items.
