NAVCO in Burr Ridge, IL is seeking an Installation Coordinator to support installation projects by coordinating schedules, tracking progress, and communicating with customers and internal teams. You will work with the Installation Manager and Project Managers to keep timelines, manage subcontractors, track equipment, and ensure smooth execution from scheduling to closeout.

Candidates should have a high school diploma and 2+ years in project coordination or similar roles; experience with CRM/ERP

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years in project coordination, scheduling, or admin support preferred.
• Experience in security integration, construction, or service industry a plus.
• Experience with CRM, ERP or project management software preferred.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate installation schedules with technicians, subcontractors, customers, and internal teams.
• Maintain regional installation calendars and project schedules.
• Monitor open projects and follow up for timely completion.
• Attend project and construction meetings to provide updates.
• Prepare and issue purchase orders for subcontractors and track invoices.
• Process installation work orders in the CRM system.
