Job summary

Ferguson, a Fortune 500 company, is seeking an Installation Manager to join our Portland, OR location. You will lead installation technicians and coordinate branch activities to support sales while ensuring quality and adherence to program tools.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years routing/scheduling or 5+ years as a lead installer, plus strong customer service, attention to detail, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

3+ years experience in routing, scheduling, or appliance installation as lead, or 5+ years installing appliances as a lead.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office: Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook.
Excellent customer service skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

Direct reports: 4-6 Installation Technicians.
Lead installation and delivery coordination across multiple sites.
Coordinate with outside contractors and vendors as needed.
Ensure installation quality and accurate documentation.
