Job summary

ASSA ABLOY Entrance Systems in Colonial Heights, Virginia, seeks an Installation Manager to lead installation operations, supervise technicians, and coordinate multiple projects monthly. You will ensure timely equipment ordering and align activities with organizational goals under the Operations Leader or District Manager.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; AA/BA/BS preferred.
• Experience directly supervising Field Technicians in the Door Automation/Construction industry.
• Background in planning and completing contracted construction jobs.
• Experience supervising Administrative staff in scheduling, ordering, and coordinating installation activities.
• Flexibility to work varying hours including weekends if necessary.
• Experience installing electromechanical products is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all Installation Technicians activities.
• Coordinate multiple installation projects monthly and manage equipment orders and releases.
• Schedule projects with end-user customers and align with company goals.
• Supervise administrative personnel responsible for scheduling, ordering, and installation coordination.
• Maintain relationships with end-users, general contractors, subcontractors, architects and suppliers.
• Forecast work in progress and ensure labor and margins meet targets.
