Job summary

ASSA ABLOY Entrance Systems in Austell, GA seeks an Installation Manager to lead and coordinate multiple monthly installation projects, supervise technicians and admin staff, manage schedules with end-user customers, and ensure on-time equipment ordering and project margins. The role reports to Operations Leader/District Manager and requires strong communication and contractor/end-user relationship skills.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma (required) and AA, BA, BS preferred.
• Team-oriented with strong communication to work with multiple departments.
• Directly manage/supervise Field Technicians in the Door Automation/Construction Industry.
• Experience planning and completing contracted jobs in construction.
• Experience supervising Administrative personnel in scheduling, ordering, and coordination.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage all Installation Technicians activities.
• Coordinate multiple installation projects monthly and order/release equipment via factory and customer service.
• Schedule projects with end-user customers.
• Meet goals and growth objectives under Operations leader or District Manager.
• Oversee Administrative personnel (scheduling, ordering, install coordination).
• Maintain relationships with End-users in Health Care and Retail, General Contractors, Sub-contractors, Architects and Suppliers.
• Communicate with Factory about backlog and work in progress.
• Collaborate with Sales to determine labor hours and margins.
• Review projections and forecast reports frequently.
