Job summary

EmergencyMD in Orlando seeks a Front Desk Agent to deliver professional, personalized check-in and check-out experiences. You will handle guest payments, provide information, and respond to inquiries in person or by phone, while maintaining courtesy throughout shifts.

Requirements include a high school diploma or GED, at least one year in a hotel or resort front desk, strong guest service, and ability to multitask in a dynamic environment. Familiarity with MS Office and PMS systems is preferred.

Qualifications

• Professional demeanor appropriate for a resort environment.
• One year experience in a hotel or resort front desk position.
• Outstanding guest service skills.
• Able to handle a multitude of tasks in a dynamic environment.
• Effective at listening to, understanding, clarifying, and responding to guest concerns.
• Experience with cash handling and PCI compliance.

Responsibilities

• Approach all encounters with guests and associates in a professional, personalized manner.
• Provide prompt, personal service at check-in and check-out.
• Assist management with credit and guest billing policies.
• Resolve guest concerns to satisfaction, coordinating with other departments as needed.
• Maintain a professional, high-quality service environment and confidentiality of guest information.
• Build rapport with VIP guests and follow up on feedback during and after stays.
• Coordinate special arrangements and future visits for guests.
• Maintain database of guest preferences and schedules.
• Participate in Front Desk training and perform other duties as assigned.
