Job summary
Kitchen Saver in Lindenhurst, NY is seeking a Branch Installation Assistant to support the Installation Manager with paperwork, installation tasks and customer service resolutions in a timely manner.
You will assist with job evaluation, supervise Installers in the absence of the Manager, review paperwork, measure cabinet dimensions in Cabinet Vision, and assist with countertops templates, inspections, and service calls while ensuring vehicles are maintained and compliant.
Qualifications
- Must be able to read and write in English.
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Ability to work independently and with urgency.
Responsibilities
- Assist Installation Manager evaluate jobs for installation and customer service issues.
- Assist with installation duties and supervise Installers in the absence of the Installation Manager.
- Communicate with the Installation Manager and recommend resolutions to identify concerns and ensure timely issues resolution.
- Review job paperwork.
- Measure customer cabinets in Cabinet Vision.
- Create templates for countertops for material orders.
- Inspect installations to ensure standards are met.
- Conduct service calls to repair installation issues.
- Maintain company vehicles in good condition and ensure license validity.
