Job summary

Mad City Windows & Baths, a Renuity company, is seeking a Kitchen Install Helper to install home remodeling products to our standards and to perform finish work as needed. You will coordinate with homeowners and management to ensure satisfaction and proper payments on completion.

The role requires 6+ months of remodeling/carpentry experience and cabinet installation/refacing knowledge, plus a valid driver's license and solid communication skills to serve customers and teammates effectively.

Qualifications

• 6+ Months of Remodeling, carpentry or construction experience
• Experience with kitchen cabinet installation and/or refacing
• Must have a valid driver’s license and good driving record
• Great communication and customer service skills with homeowners and team members

Responsibilities

• Install home remodeling products according to Mad City's standards and procedures
• Apply finish work as needed for every construction application
• Communicate with management at the end of an installation to ensure customer satisfaction and authorize final payments
• Complete carpentry job checklist with homeowner at completion
