Job summary

Erie Home is seeking a Project Coordinator to oversee residential roofing projects from planning through completion. You will manage communication with customers, lead subcontractors, and ensure on-time delivery of materials and quality workmanship.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership in installation, construction, or project management.
• Hands-on residential roofing experience required.
• Experience supervising on-site construction personnel.
• Work hours 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, flexible during peak seasons.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record; forklift certification encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of residential roofing projects from planning to implementation.
• Ensure smooth customer experience and manage communication during installation.
• Lead and coordinate subcontractor crews for quality workmanship.
• Order and deliver materials to job sites to keep projects on track.
• Maintain project documentation including budgets and progress.
