Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Experience with Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Minimum 3–5 years related experience in an Operations, Installation, or Warehouse environment.
• Must be willing and able to travel, including overnight or extended stays.

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and hold the installation and warehouse teams accountable.
• Assist with large project planning.
• Ensure installation, warehouse, and service standards and processes are followed by all.
• Conduct site visits with the team and clients.
• Manage labor resources, staffing needs, interviews, onboarding, and training.
• Validate and approve installation timecards and credit card expenses.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
