Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 3 years in flooring, construction, installation management, or related field.
• Experience coordinating installers, subcontractors, or field personnel.
• Strong knowledge of flooring products and installation processes.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong customer service and conflict-resolution abilities.
• Proficiency with scheduling software, Microsoft Office, and business systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate daily installation crew assignments.
• Maintain installation schedule approximately one week in advance.
• Review work orders, layouts, materials, and installation requirements with installers prior to execution.
• Communicate daily and upcoming installation schedules with installers, subcontractors, warehouse personnel, and internal departments.
• Monitor installation progress and address scheduling conflicts, delays, or installation challenges promptly.
• Ensure jobs are properly prepared with labor, materials, and documentation before installation begins.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with subcontractors.
• Review installer paperwork, completion documents, and pay sheets; resolve discrepancies promptly.
• Serve as a primary contact for homeowners regarding scheduling, arrival times, and expectations.
• Coordinate with Sales, Customer Service, Warehouse, Purchasing, and Operations teams.
• Identify opportunities to improve scheduling efficiency, installation quality, and communication.
• Maintain accurate installation records and documentation.
