Job summary

KONE Houston is seeking an Installation Manager to oversee local installation operations across Houston and additional Texas cities. You will lead installation teams on construction sites, coordinate with subcontractors and general contractors, and ensure safety, schedule adherence, and successful project delivery.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in construction supervision, a related degree (or 8+ years experience in lieu), and a strong ability to mentor teams while embracing new technologies

Qualifications

5+ years of construction supervisory experience, preferably leading a union workforce.
Experience coordinating multiple subcontractors on active construction sites.
Ability to implement and monitor safety guidelines across teams.

Responsibilities

Guide and supervise installation teams on construction sites and ensure site readiness for projects.
Manage resources and coordinate with general contractors to meet schedules.
Mentor installation supervisors and ensure adherence to safety and quality standards.
