Job summary
KONE Houston is seeking an Installation Manager to lead local installation operations in Houston, with flexibility for Dallas, San Antonio and Austin. You will guide multiple construction teams, ensure safety, and coordinate with general contractors to deliver on-site readiness and project goals.
Ideal candidates have 5+ years of supervisory construction experience, with a background in building systems and code requirements.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of construction supervision experience, preferably with union workforce.
- Bachelor's or Associate degree in a related field or 8+ years of experience in lieu of degree.
- Ability to lead multiple teams with subcontractors on construction sites.
- Familiarity with code requirements and building systems.
- Strong collaboration across the organization and commitment to safety.
Responsibilities
- Lead installation teams and manage site readiness across projects.
- Ensure safety guidelines are implemented and monitored.
- Coordinate with general contractors and manage resources and schedule.
- Mentor Installation Supervisors and Superintendents.
- Oversee projects under your scope to meet business goals.
