Job summary

KONE is seeking an Installation Manager for Houston, TX, with responsibilities across multiple sites including Dallas, San Antonio, and Austin. You will lead installation teams, ensure safety, manage schedules, and coordinate with general contractors to deliver projects on time and within scope.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years of construction leadership, experience with unionized workforces, and a bachelor’s or associate degree in a related field, or 8+ years of experience in lieu of a degree.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant construction supervision experience.
• Experience leading union represented workforce preferred.
• Ability to guide teams on construction sites with multiple subcontractors.

Responsibilities

• Guide teams on construction sites and ensure site readiness for projects.
• Oversee Installation Supervisors/Superintendents and coordinate with general contractors.
• Manage resources and schedules to meet project goals and safety standards.
