DUO Signage + Graphics is seeking an experienced Installation Manager/Coordinator to lead our installation department in a fast-paced environment. You will oversee daily operations, crew scheduling, equipment coordination, and field communication, ensuring projects move smoothly from production through final installation.

The role requires strong leadership, organization, and communication skills, with a focus on safety and quality.

Qualifications

• Previous management or supervisory experience in signage, construction, installation, service, or related industry.
• Sign installation experience strongly preferred.
• Ability to schedule and coordinate multiple field crews and projects.
• Strong leadership, organization, time-management, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and supervise installation crews and service technicians with the Install Coordinator.
• Review upcoming projects to ensure drawings, materials, permits, equipment, and site requirements are ready.
• Coordinate installation dates and jobsite details with customers, contractors, and internal departments.
• Arrange cranes, lifts, subcontractors, traffic control, and other required resources.
• Communicate daily schedules, project expectations, and safety requirements to field crews.
• Monitor active projects, resolve field issues, and adjust schedules when necessary.
• Maintain accurate job records, installation calendars, photographs, and completion documentation.
• Oversee safety, workmanship, productivity, employee performance, and customer satisfaction.

DUO Signage + Graphics is a well-established and growing custom sign company seeking an experienced and highly organized Installation Manager/Coordinator to lead our installation department.

This position is responsible for managing installation and service projects, coordinating field crews, and ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and on schedule.

Position Summary

The Installation Manager/Coordinator oversees the daily operation of the installation department, including crew scheduling, job preparation, equipment coordination, field communication, and project follow-through.

This individual will work closely with Project Managers, Sales, Production, customers, vendors, subcontractors, and field personnel to move projects successfully from production through final installation.

Key Responsibilities

• Schedule and supervise installation crews and service technicians with the Install Coordinator.


• Review upcoming projects to ensure drawings, materials, permits, equipment, and site requirements are ready.

• Ability to read and understand drawings, site plans, work orders, and installation details.


• Working knowledge of installation equipment, jobsite safety, and construction practices.


• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and the ability to learn company scheduling and project-management software.


• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
