gpac LLC. is seeking experienced Sign Installers to join a growing team specializing in design, fabrication, installation and maintenance of architectural signage. The ideal candidate will have strong technical installation skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety and customer service.

Role requires hands-on work, excellence in workmanship, and willingness to travel extensively (potentially up to 100%). A valid driver’s license and relevant certifications are highly valued.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on experience installing/servicing commercial signage.
• Experience installing internally illuminated channel letters, cabinets, building signs and pole signage.
• Proficiency with interior signage packages, routed letters, vinyl applications, monuments, pylons and directional signage.
• Operate installation equipment (backhoes and augers) and work safely at heights.
• Strong mechanical aptitude; troubleshoot and complete installations; signage maintenance.
• Excellent attention to detail, organization, and multi-project management.
• Strong customer service, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively (up to 100%); overnight/out-of-town assignments possible.
• Valid driver’s license and clean MVR; Class B CDL with air brake endorsement for applicable positions.
• OSHA 10/30, crane/welding certification, CPR certification, CDL and state licenses valued.

Responsabilités

• Install and service commercial signage at client sites.
• Operate installation equipment and work safely at heights.
• Travel extensively to job sites, including overnight assignments.
• Ensure high quality workmanship and safety compliance.
• Coordinate with customers and team to complete projects on time.
• Maintain and troubleshoot signage systems and perform maintenance as needed.

The ideal candidate will bring strong technical installation skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to getting the job done right.

Sign Installer Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on experience installing and/or servicing commercial signage.
• Experience installing internally illuminated channel letters, cabinet signs, building signs, and pole signage.
• Proficiency with interior signage packages, routed letters, vinyl applications, monuments, pylons, and directional signage.
• Ability to operate installation equipment, including backhoes and augers, and work safely at heights.
• Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot, complete installations, and perform signage maintenance.
• Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple installation and maintenance projects.
• Strong customer service, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Must be willing to travel extensively, including overnight and out-of-town assignments, with travel potentially reaching 100%.
• Valid driver's license and clean motor vehicle record required. A Class B CDL with air brake endorsement is required for applicable positions.
• OSHA 10/30, crane certification, welding certification, CPR certification, CDL, and applicable state licenses are highly valued.

Sign Installer Compensation

• Competitive hourly compensation of $25-$60, depending on experience, qualifications, and location.
• Additional pay opportunities for qualifying credentials and specialized experience, including CDL, crane certification, welding certification, and applicable state licenses.
