Job summary

KONE Houston, TX is seeking an Installation Manager to lead installation operations across Houston and nearby markets (Dallas, San Antonio, Austin, TX). You will guide crews on construction sites, manage subcontractors, and ensure safety and site readiness.

The role requires 5+ years of construction leadership, supervisory experience with union workforce, and a related degree or 8+ years experience in lieu. You will collaborate with general contractors and internal teams to meet project goals.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant construction experience.
• Supervisory experience, ideally leading a union represented workforce.
• Bachelor’s or associate degree in a related field, or 8+ years of experience in lieu of degree.
• Strong knowledge of building codes and safety standards.
• Ability to manage multiple teams on construction sites with subcontractors.

Responsibilities

• Guide installation teams on construction sites and coordinate with general contractors.
• Supervise Installation Supervisors/Superintendents and their teams.
• Ensure site readiness and project readiness across multiple sites.
• Manage resources and schedules across projects.
