• Communicate daily and next-day schedules with installers and the warehouse.
• Monitor completed and outstanding work and address scheduling issues as they arise.
• Maintain the installation schedule approximately one week in advance.
• Review installer paperwork and pay sheets and resolve discrepancies.
• Assist with onboarding and setup of new subcontractors.
• Maintain strong relationships with installers and subcontractors and assist with recruiting when needed.
• Communicate with homeowners regarding installation timing and questions.
• Work with sales, office, warehouse, and field personnel to resolve issues.
• Address installation and customer issues with urgency and follow through to resolution.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Salary based on experience.****Position Summary**The Installation Manager is responsible for managing the day-to-day installation operation, including installers, scheduling, job readiness, customer communication, and subcontractor relationships.
