Job summary

Rite Rug Co is seeking an experienced Flooring Installation Specialist to oversee residential and commercial flooring projects in Tampa. You will manage job sites, inspect quality, and recruit and onboard reliable subcontractor installers to meet high standards and timelines.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years of hands-on flooring or construction project management experience, with knowledge of carpet, hardwood, tile, laminate, and LVT installations.

Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum 3–5 years of hands-on flooring installation or construction project management.
• Industry Knowledge: Deep familiarity with carpet, hardwood, tile, laminate, and luxury vinyl tile (LVT) installation.
• Network: Proven ability to source, recruit, and manage trade subcontractors.
• Compliance: Knowledge of insurance verification, vendor contracts, and safety regulations.
• Communication: Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills for managing vendor relationships.

Responsibilities
