Rite Rug in Wilmington, NC seeks an Installation Manager to oversee all flooring installation and service within a regional area, ensuring customers have the best possible experience from start to finish.

You will manage installation from start to finish, maintain proactive communication with customers, suggest products to guarantee top-quality results, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with the sales team to meet customer needs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in Flooring Industry or Construction is a plus.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Able to multitask and prioritize.
• Able to lift at least 25 pounds.
• Able to work independently and solve problems.

Responsibilities

Salary Range: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 Salary/year

POSITION SUMMARY

To ensure the customer has the best possible experience when have their new floors installed.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• Management of all installation and service of flooring within a specified geographic region
• Manage installation from beginning to end, keeping in close contact with the customer throughout the process
• Ability to make product suggestions to customer to ensure the highest quality end result
• Troubleshoot any installation/flooring issues to determine the best solution for the customer
• Work closely with retail sales team to understand the customer's needs
• Must display a sense of urgency to address & satisfy customer issues
• Perform other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS

• 1. Have earned a Highschool Diploma or equivalent
• 2. Experience in the Flooring Industry or Construction is a plus.
• 3. Must have exceptional customer services skills
• 4. Be able to multi-task and prioritize the duties required
• 5. Be able to lift at least 25 pounds
