Job summary

CRST The Transportation Solution, Inc. is hiring an Installation Manager in McDonough, GA to lead field installation teams for Whirlpool products. You will inspect installations, audit workmanship, coordinate with site supervisors and clients, and coach crews to meet safety and quality standards.

This is a hands-on, client-facing leadership role requiring strong communication, organization, and the ability to resolve challenges in real time. Monday–Friday schedule with potential Saturdays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Field-based experience in inspections, audits, or operations support.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to lead through influence and coach others.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and verify installations to meet safety, manufacturer, and company standards
• Conduct workmanship and customer service audits; document and report findings
• Serve as the primary contact for site supervisors and clients on scheduling and readiness
• Provide coaching and feedback to installation teams based on audit results
• Participate in daily reporting, dock meetings, and operations calls
• Step in as backup support for Operations or Warehouse leadership when needed
