King Quality Roofing powered by Victors Home Solutions is seeking an Installation Manager in the Hawthorne area. Join a fast-growing home improvement company and lead projects from start to finish with a focus on customer satisfaction and operational excellence.

You will supervise crews, coordinate with sales and production teams, assess and mitigate project risks, and ensure timely completions. A strong background in residential roofing and customer service is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer service role.
• Previous experience in residential roofing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise multiple projects daily from start to finish.
• Work harmoniously with sales managers and production administrators to meet customer needs.
• Identify and mitigate risks to projects, proactively manage and escalate as required.
• Oversee and manage crew leaders and repair technicians to ensure projects are completed timely.
• Perform install and post-install inspections to uphold company processes and standards.
• Work closely with homeowners throughout their project to provide excellent customer service.
• Review and approve payroll for hourly employees.
